Thesaurus terms

I picked "student attitudes" because finding the library to be fun is all about a student's attitude or perception about the library.

Student attitudes:

Adolescent Attitudes; Childhood Attitudes; Classroom Environment; Student Behavior; Student Characteristics; Student Evaluation of Teacher Performance; Student Interests; Student Motivation; Student Reaction; Student Role; Student Subcultures; Student Surveys; Student Teacher Attitudes; Students;

One way that the results from this representation is different from the tags is that there can be a much larger group of terms from tagging because the more people add about whatever they are tagging, the more results/tags you will get.

Another way that these results are different is that these results are much more formal than the tag results.

These Eric Thesaurus results are all plainly related to the original term - they make sense. On the tags, many of the terms make sense in relation to the original term, but not all of them do. Sometimes you can even click on a term and see what it's relating back to and still not know what the tag means or why it is associated with the original term.

Finally, these terms are in controlled vocabulary, where the tag terms were not.
